Who provides the service

Rosa Pozuelo Dorado, official tourist guide of Andalusia, self-employed under the trade name Miradas Encendidas. Her full details are in the legal notice.

The tours

Each tour page shows the route, the approximate duration, the meeting point, the languages and the types of tour:

• group, with other people, by ticket;
• private, only for your group, with a price per group and a supplement for each person above a certain number.

Children's tickets require at least one adult ticket in the same booking. Admission to monuments is only included when the tour page says so.

How to book

The booking is made when you confirm it on the website: you will see its reference and receive the confirmation by email. To book, you must accept these terms.

If you book at short notice, the booking may remain a request while I check that I can run the tour. Your places are held: if I can run it, you will receive the confirmation by email before the deadline shown; if you do not receive it, the tour cannot go ahead and you pay nothing.

Price and payment

Prices are in euros. Prices include VAT. Nothing is charged when you book: you pay on the day of the tour, in person, with the payment methods shown on the tour page.

If you cannot come

Cancelling is free. Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance for group tours, or 72 hours for private ones, so that I can offer the place to someone else. To change or cancel the booking, reply to the confirmation email.

As this is a tour on a specific date, the law does not provide for the 14-day right of withdrawal (article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), but you can cancel free of charge as explained above.

If the tour does not go ahead

If I have to cancel the tour for my own reasons, because of the weather or for safety, I will let you know by email and you pay nothing. If you wish, I will suggest another date.

Liability

Rosa Pozuelo Dorado has liability insurance, under policy number N-11.505.232-C. During the tour, each participant is responsible for their personal belongings and for following the safety instructions of the guide and of the places visited.

Complaints

Official complaint forms (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) are available to you: ask the guide for one during the tour or see how to submit them in complaint forms. You can also write to pozuelodoradorosa@gmail.com.

Applicable law and language

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. They are published in several languages; in case of any difference between them, the Spanish version prevails.
