What data is processed and why
When you book. Your name, email and phone number, together with the booking details: tour, date, time, language, type of tour and tickets or people. They are used to manage the booking, send you its confirmation and any notices about it, and contact you if anything changes. The legal basis is the performance of the contract that the booking represents.
When you write to me. If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, I use what you tell me to reply to you. The legal basis is your own request.
To protect online booking. When you book, an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, which does not reveal it, is kept for 24 hours to limit automated booking attempts. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in preventing anyone from blocking places with fake bookings.
Your data is not used to send you advertising, no automated decisions are made about you and it is not passed on to third parties, unless required by law.
How long it is kept
The contact details of a booking are kept for up to 12 months after the tour. After that they are anonymised: the booking remains without personal data, for statistics only. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Who processes data on our behalf
To work, the website uses providers that process data only on our behalf and with the safeguards of the GDPR:
- Vercel Inc., website hosting;
- Railway Corp., database;
- Resend, sending the emails, from servers in Ireland.
Vercel, Railway and Resend are United States companies. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
If you write to me on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and take it to another service. Write to pozuelodoradorosa@gmail.com with your booking reference, if you have one.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
The public website uses no analytics or advertising tools. It only stores one first-party cookie, miradas-locale, when you choose a language with the selector, to remember it for a year. During booking, your browser stores on your device the step you are on and its result, without your contact details, so you do not lose it if you reload the page.
