Complaint forms are available to you
Rosa Pozuelo Dorado, who works as a self-employed professional under the trade name Miradas Encendidas, has the official complaint forms of the Regional Government of Andalusia (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) available to you. As the tours do not take place on business premises, the guide carries them: ask her for one during the tour and she will give it to you on the spot and free of charge.
If you want to complain after the tour
You can get the form through Consumo Responde and send it to pozuelodoradorosa@gmail.com or to Calle Manuel Rancés 27, 11004 Cádiz, by a means that records the date. I will return your signed copies and reply within the time limits set by law.
